Training at Tortuga Bay Tortuga Bay offers training for all levels of snorkel and scuba diving. Whether you are just getting into the sport and looking for tips on how to be a better snorkeler or an experienced scuba diver wanting to enhance your education and ratings, Tortuga Bay can meet your needs. At Tortuga Bay we strive to make you the best you can be. Above all, we make certain our training provides the highest levels of safety and incorporates the most fun of any training anywhere. Our in store pool is specially designed for scuba diving and is the deepest, indoor, heated, salt water pool in the world. At 14 foot of depth it affords our students the ability to experience real world equalization and buoyancy issues not possible in shallower depths.
