At Tortuga Bay we strive to offer the highest level of customer satisfaction available.  To do so we incorporate retail staff who are first and foremost scuba divers and secondly trained to be as well informed on our products and services as possible.  At Tortuga Bay you will never experience high pressure sales, rather we practice "counselor sale" techniques.  This means we will educate you on our products and services then allow you to make your buying decisions based on products and features or price.  Our goal is to make you a satisfied customer not just a quick sale.

TRAINING STAFF

The motto for training at Tortuga Bay is safety and a high level of competence.  This means our customers receive in depth training to a point where they are comfortable, can perform all skills required and will dive in a safe and enjoyable manner.  We want to train divers for a lifetime of diving enjoyment, not to simply become certified.  Our training staff takes a personal interest in each one of our customers to assure your training will be fun, educational and benefit you for the long term.
