OPEN WATER DIVER COURSE 

Tortuga Bay's standard Open Water Diver courses can be tailored to meet most any schedule.  Choose from the home study format or the new on line training. With either method, we minimize your time in the classroom and maximize your time in the water.  The scheduled group classes are held once a month here at Tortuga Bay.  Our indoor, heated pool has the distinction of being the "WORLDS DEEPEST" indoor, heated SALTWATER pool.  Having the ability to learn in  14 foot of saltwater gives our students a better and safer experience with better preparation for the open water dives. 

At Tortuga Bay we take pride in developing well trained and safe divers.  We practice quality not quantity.  Our class sizes are kept small so we maintain the personal contact our students deserve.  You will find no "additional" cost for extra time spent with an instructor or pool use at our facility.  We want your open water experience to be pleasurable and successful, therefore we encourage you to spend as much time in the pool practicing as you feel you need.
